You may withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving reasons. See the withdrawal information for details.

Voluntary returns

In addition, we offer a 30-day return period from receipt for unworn items with original tags.

Process

1. Register the return in your account or with client service.
2. Pack the items carefully and enclose the return slip.
3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
